I'm looking for perfect caster weapons for all classes.

Wands / rods / canes with +5 energy over 50% health and a fast cast / recharge mod for either all skills or for a related attribute to the wand requirement.

Staffs with +10energy and 10%/10% fast cast / recharge on all skills

Staffs with +10energy and 20%/20% fast cast / recharge for a related attribute to the staff requirement

I'm willing to bend very slightly on my requirements, but please don't clog up my thread/pm box with collectors items, or items that bare no resemblance to the stats I have listed.

I have a purple Fire wand, req 8 fire...with +12 energy and -1 energy regen...yes, i said wand, not staff
