Just FYI, I bought a 15>50 req 9 spiked in game for ~40K, and I'd consider that a pretty good deal, so expect to spend around that much.

Unless it's Vampiric of Defense, I'm going to be changing the upgrades anyway. It's not like Spiked Axes are rare, so I don't see deviating from a 10k-20k range.
