WTB 1h wand with 20% death fast cast
I need a one handed wand/rod/whatever with 20% death fast cast AND either death fast recharge or death +1 (prefer 20% on these two). I will also consider other general bonuses, but 20% fast cast is mandatory.
Requirement death is not a must, though I'd prefer that. |
