Hi

I'm looking to purchase a one handed weapon with the following mods:

18 to 20% Blood Skill Recharge

& either:

+4 to 5 Energy at 50% Health or greater

or

+8 to 10% Skill Recharge

or

+8 to 10% Casting Speed

The requirement doesn't matter, the damage modifier on the one handed weapon doesn't matter, and although it is preferred that the weapon deals cold damage, any type of damage is fine.

My IGN is High Lord Enigma, and I can be found on-line most afternoons from 4-6 PM EST, or reached by PM's on the forums.

I will pay a lot of platinum for offers similar to what I'm looking for.
