I have a few things you might be interested in:

q9 20/10 water Cockatrice
q9 15^50 zodiac hammer
q10 water Celestial Scepter (10% HSR and +5e when hp<50%)
I know that the max is +7e when hp<50% but I was under the impression that uninscriptable wands will only drop with a max of 5e under 50%. I could easily be wrong, to which I apologize for posting the item.

If I find anything else on any of my characters, I'll be sure to let you know.

(I'm leaning more towards trading rather than selling, but could do either)

Ye, you are right. 5<50% is max on uninscribable Wands (5^hex is max too).
Thanks for posting the Scepter, but I'm not really a fan of those 2 mods

I have a req9 20/10 Spawning Cockatrice Staff. I don't usually ask for offers but on this occasion I'm just that clueless.

I also have Cockatrice staves req9 Curses and Blood with 20/10. I assume you have them already but I'll put 'em out there just on the off chance.

Thanks, but I don't really like mixed attributes except divine/prot,heal or spawning/resto etc.

Won't need the divine/prot 19%, because I already have my 20%-version of it^^
