As far as I know you can get lower than a -5 ener + damage weapon and the -5 ener/+3 ener focus from the quest reward. If you want a -5 sword, I have one for sale for 10k (+14 allways).

Yup you're right, Weapon can only get -5 energy.

you actually need only 1 set: a sword or axe with -5, and the quest reward of cities of ascalon you sometimes get, -2 energy, +5 armor +25hp.

thats it, it doesnt get any better than that
