can be up to 13 req in death, up to 9 in blood, and up to 11 in soul reaping (though i dont think that req drops for a wand)

it needs to be +5 energy^50... i'd love it to have a 2nd mod of casting for death or casting for all, but will settle for less if no one has this. post what you have, stats and price please, thanks.

i have a req 10 death 5>50 wand which i belive fits your description exactly, however i am reluctant to part with it as i find it incredibly useful on simte runs.

I've had this wand around for a bit.

Deadly Cesta 11-22dmg (req 8 Death), Energy +5 (health above 50%), Halves casting time of Blood Magic spells (17%chance)

I'm probably letting this go cheap but I'm looking for 9k for it.
