HCT or HSR 10% of all spells. (cant remember which) ^^

On Dec. 4, 2011 I added Encrypted Charr Battle Plans after Cinderella and I discovered how much we enjoy these goofy Charr battles.
On Dec. 14, 2011 I added minimum slaying mods, instead of max. I want to see about collecting a full set of 10% slaying mods. I've got a list of the ones I have already started on the OP.
On Dec. 15, 2011 I added max damage versions of swords named "Istani Scimitar" and "Tribal Blade"
On Dec. 31, 2011 I added 20% Adept & Mastery staff mods along with Aptitude inscriptions.
On Dec. 31, 2011 I added a section for "Mixed" 20/20 Inherent Staffs.
On Jan. 19, 2012 I added inscribable Kamas and Giant Slayers Hammer, a copy of the green "Flint's Artifact" and an r13 Eternal Blade to my shopping list.

Picked this up a while back, thought the combo was interesting, but not necessarily something someone else would want. Saw you liked the +1 caster shields, so let me know if you want it and it is yours. I know the skin isn't the best.

I think i've found something that might fits your requirement.
Conjure staff req 9 Spawning power with HCT 20% Communing.

also a req 13 Air, plagueborn staff with a HCT of 20% Channeling magic.

And a couple of staff wrappings of (Heal/Prot/Resto).
