There are no bags in the Pre, period. Nobody will be able to help you out.

you can get bags in presearing
there was a glitch and a few items got through.
max dmg mursaat horn bows
and max dmg swords and stuff.
my guildie was talking to the guys who had all these items, we're were going to get some stuff but we decided not to.
they charge a very expensive amount for these items and it takes 2 people from each side to complete the transaction, one in pre one in post.
if you're willing to take your chances with these guys and are willing to spend the amount of gold they want then i can get their names for you.

That is not correct. With the update that put storage in our guild halls there was a moment when your pre-seer chars had acces to the guild hall and thus could remove items from storage. It has since been nerfed- however any items that got thru are still available.
