Gold Healing Ankh (non inscr)
Energy +12 (Requires 9 Healing Prayers)
Health +30
Armor +5 (while Health is above 50%)

I was looking around and I saw that a req.8 (+12 en, +30 hp, +5ar vs physical) went for 100k +25 ecto
Is it really that huge of a diferrence... 50-60k + 25 ecto betwen these reqs. or is +5 vs physical that more popular?

1. that was a req 8...

2. that was before Nightfall

3. there were more major traders around then

Things have changed alot since then. Before finding something like that was super rare, now you can make them. Even now a req 8 would bring in a lot more due to the req alone, which makes part of the big price difference.

40-50k could go much higher but I dunno of many that would pay premium now days for stuff like that.
