Yes most of these are worth a bit.... I am not really a guru so take these "estimations" with a grain of salt...cuz I may be way outta left field.... it would help if u put what the req was such as tactics or motivation etc

Diamon Aegis 100k + 10-20 ecto (if it is a tactics/str req)

Shield of the Lion 80-100k (if it is a tactics/str req)

Ancient Shield 80-100k (if it is a tactics/str req)

Shadow axe ... i would salvage the 30hp mod and the 15^50 and sell those...although you might get 15-20k outta the axe its self with those mods

I think i may be a bit low on the shield might want to wait for a GURU
