Well i have a Rago's flame staff for my ele and i was going to sell it then buy upgrades for a collector's fire staff.
The upgrades are as follows:
Either Hale(+30 hp) or Insightful(+5 energy) staff head
and staff wrapping of fire magic + 1 (+20% chance while using skills).

So i was hoping you could reply to this thread so i can see if i should sell my staff and buy a perfect modded new one that would be even cooler than the first one, and maybe even make some profit!!

P.S. As you can see I dont know anything about staff prices since this my second character...the first one is a warrior

Ragos Flame staff sells for around 60k. A perfect staff wrapping of fire magic sells for about 50-100k(usualy around 100k from what ive seen).

Doesnt look like you can make a profit and Ragos does have the better looking skin.

Don't you think 50-100k is a bit wide? I like narrowing prices down to like 20k difference maximum..
And I think the perfect mod for an echo nuker is a +30 health/+5 energy and a +20% chance fire is the best mod for a fire staff..
If anybody has a different opinion please tell me so I wouldnt waste so much money on something, that in the end might turn out to be even worse!!

I've seen a few fire wrappings going for 50-60k.. but they were bought and being re-sold at higher prices which they spammed for hours :P as for making a profit, depends on what ya paid for the staff if you'll make a profit from it.

-Depends on what ya want in a staff. I've only used the +1 a little and not really enough to know what kinda difference it makes. If ya don't mind an ugly skin and not so perfect mods you can make one alot cheaper.. are ya in it to save money or get a perfect nice looking staff?

with +5 energy (at least 10-15k) and +1 20% Fire would be anywhere from 65k up to like 117k.

if you make one like the ragos... +5 energy (10-15k) and 20% enchant (20-40k) you're looking at 32k up to 57k..

but to get the best deals it's gonna take a bit of time... and searching. Depending on what ya want.
