I know this is a lot to ask but if someone with more knowledge about pricing could give me an idea of the value of these items I'd appreciate it. I know some of them are valuable, just not how valuable.

Umm, next time you do a PC, firstly dont ask for PC for so many items at once. Secondly, number your items, so people can easily list a PC for the items.

In general, there are only 2 items in that mess that i would keep/sell. The Fiery Dragon Sword ~5k-10k and the Hale Accursed Staff of Shelter ~5k-8k. ALL the rest arent worth nearly anything, i would suggest just selling the rest to the merchant.

To get a better idea of PC for items and what mods are considered worth while, check out the High End forum or simply other items in this section that HAVE been PC'd.

but I wont be paying 50k for it^^ its worth maybe 5k to me

An identical Brute (req 8, 14%/-5) was pc-ed at ~120k here only a day ago. Don't fall for the lowball offers.
