Can anyone give me estimated price of that items:

Sundering Storm Bow of Marksmanship (Gold)
Piercing Dmg 15-28
(req. 10 Marksmanship)
Damage+13% (vs.hexed foes)
Armor penetration +10%( Chance 8%)
Marksmanship +1 ( 20 % chance while using skills)

Jeweled Chakram (Gold)
Energy +12 (req.8 Illusion Magic )
Halves skill recharge of Illusion Magic spells (20%)

1. around 10-12k
2. % on recharge? if 10% then 5-8k otherwise merchant
