Rare skin? Heck I don't know, help me out here please? ^_^;;
So anywho, this dropped while I was skill capping - I have never seen an air staff with this skin, so I thought I would ask - is this a rare skin and - yes - no - maybe so - , how much is it worth? (I haven't been playing much since the major update so I don't know what all the new stuff is yet ... looks kinda cute, I don't know if I will keep it or not but its cute) thanks guys for any help you can give me

skin is new, not rare.
stats are nothing special. req is very very ugly. merchant this i'm afraid.
