Same shit as Victor's but with High REQ no matter how you look at it. Shields so far can't be modded. Doesn't matter what color it is.
Victor's is better cause of the low REQ and cheaper cause like someone said it's green shit

The only person that will pay that much cause of the
color is Gold. Is someone with a Brain the size of a peanut.
And yea I know Gold is worth more than Greens, but not
in this case.

For the "unique" bullshits - if the skin is the same the only think that matters is stats. No matter how unique it is, noone will make the difference if see you holding that shield ot Victo's Bulwark. It's just a waste of money. Because of ppl like you the GW market is so unlogical. The only person here that understands me is Spiteful Soul.
I'm not saying that this shadow shiled's price is cheaper than Bulwark's, what I'm trying to tell you is that it's gotta be cheaper if you think logical. Only a man who thinks that the most important thing in the game is to have the most "unique" and expensive items will pay price such as 400k for that shield... If you wanna waste money - go ahead. I personaly preffer to play with better stats items, than to have "unique" items which you can buy cheaper (but they won't be so "unique")...

ok lubaka, GOLDS > GREENS, greens drop in specific areas off specific bosses, and always come perfect, a gold is much more expensive and rare to find with stats like these, you can't compare gold prices to greens
BTW, greens are called "Unique Items"

In many cases gold items have an advantage over greens, such as lower requirements, unique skin, able to be dyed and modded.

However this shield has the same bonuses as a Victo's Bulwark and none of the advantages mentioned above, which is why some golds are slightly better than greens and fetch a greater price, as they should.

The only reason someone would pay more for this Shadow Shield than a Victo's Bulwark would either be, they hate the colour green and love the colour gold or hate the name Victo, how much that is worth to them is any ones guess.

the reason people buy perfect golds as opposed to greens is simple, it is much more rare to get a perfect gold drop because golds do not come perfect every drop but greens do

Hell Raiser, I agree that gold items in most cases are better than greens, I also prefer gold items BUT when they are different from the greens. If the gold has the same skin and same stats as the corresponding green item, I'll prefer the green 'cause it's cheaper.
When the skin and stats are the same you are paying just for the gold colour of the text which is describing the stats

It's senseless to buy an expensive gold item when there is exactly the same as skin and stats cheaper green item!

I would agree with a price check of millions if the shield had a requirement of 7 which would make it truly perfect and better statistically than a Victo's Bulwark even with the same skin, but at best i could not see anyone paying double the price of a Victo's Bulwark for this identical in everyway except for name and text colour shield with a requirement of 12.

In my opinion somewhere around 150k to 200k, before Factions is released next month, after it will probably go for no more than 50k once everyone wants the brand new shield skins. Vanity is great ; )
