atleast 100k+ mostly due to the rare inherent mod of 15%-1energy regen which is quite rare, and could be useful to many warriors, and the req 8.

I'd say the 70k range as well.
-1 Energy and -1 Health may not be that common but they are also the least desired of all dmg mods.
