Falchion: sell to merchant
Air Staff: expert salvage for +5 energy staff head or wait for someone else to PC
Flame Artifact: sell to merchant (collector's item is better)
Spiked Axe: sell to merchant (no inherent modifier)
Composite Bow: sell to merchant (high req., +while hexed)

You might get 3-5k for insightful staff, best bet would be to try to salvage insightful. Maybe 500g for falchion. Merchant the rest.

First of all, you can get 1K or more for any of these items except the Flame Artifact in Ascalon, if you're patient enough.

Second, see the thread with baseline pricing on mods to see what might happen if you salvaged.
