Hmmm? so that people paying 100k + ectos for celestial shield was a dream? or people just joking about prices? I am confused.

well,ure shield is q12 and inscriptable...the canthan celestial shields goes for 100k+ectoes...I too would suggest to salvage inscription,but it isnt very popular though...and merch the shield or use it as caster shield in pvp or pve...

Afaik, is better if you can put whatever inscription freely in it, in comparison to a Factions one, I am confused again. Edit by Peachie: it makes all the difference to the price- being able to put anything you want on = less rare. Not as rare = cheaper. And the req really hurts this one.
