That's a unique version of asking for a PC.
Anyway, I've seen similar shields go for 5k. And the skin isn't super special, I would get another PC but I would say 3-5k |

it's mods are so-so, and its relatively unrare and easy to get(i can get one in 5 minutes on an a/d)
cant be more than 10k. |
