for these being so "rare" I sure have seen alot already.... put em on high end and get what ya can

Well, tbh req doesnt matter. As long as you have the requirement, itll do the same dmg as a lower req weapon - a req 7 or 8 thing just looks cooler.
My friend uses a 15% in a stance req 13 shadow blade, and I use the collector equivalent, both of us do the same damage.

make thos same weaps req 7 and sell for close to 700k or more

i hate req 7 weapons. i was using my perf ones today and they were doing barely any dmg. way to go to waste a few 100k of my gold

from what i gathered you need to have lvl 12 inorder to deal full dmg. i was doing 3 dmg from the vamp and i think 7 from the sword >.<

Haha, people are always asses when i say "We probably havent seen the rarest weapons" I think these are the chaos axes, fellblades of factions (expensive, uncommon) The truely rare weapons wont be everywhere like this... thats if there are truely rare weapons.
