If inscriptable the Sephis Axe is worth 3-5k Salvage mods first because they are worth more then the Axe. I would prob merch it and just sell the mods, Sephis axe is a common skin. As for the hornbow I have been trying to sell mine (same skin) inscribable, clean for 8-10k for sometime now with no results. I would say 5-10kish. Salvage mods and sell clean of course.
