P/C on nice oni daggers.
They are oni daggers, required 13 dagger mastery. The mods are: Lengthens bleeding duration by 33%, Damage+15% when above 50% health, and Dagger Mastery+1(20% chance while using skills). Please help!

Yeah... The fact that it's Oni and req 13 kills the value... If no one will buy for 10k~ish~ i would salvage to get the 1+(20%)
