Default PC q8 gold 13^50 Crystalline Sword OLDSCHOOL

Hi
A friend of mine has it, although he wont sell it for sure.
Could you give me a trustworthy price check on it please?
q8 Crystalline Sword 13^50 GOLDEN, probably the nearest to 15^50 you will ever put your eyes on.

ty in advance.

Edit: Ty for all PC atm, but i think 500e is the reselling price? I think real collectors would pay lots more for it, just a though. Also, he already refused 1000e offers [omg!"#". jealousy is an ugly thing]. How much could a real collector be willing to pay for it, someone with lots of bling bling?

No, he's NOT selling it. And if he is, it's MINE. Anyway, worth 500e-ish imo.

This looks like my old blade:

Formerly owned by Akhilleus, I purchased it around ~220e back when ecto was 8k each, so the 500e PC is about right.

The only realistic price check for this item is truely...w/e someone is willing to pay. This item no longer drops uninsc and is q8, which also no longer drops (surely not in HA at least). This was also formerly an item only dropped in HoH, so rare even before inscriptions started. w/e you can get is what you will get. That number will be as high or as low as the skills you have in advertising/selling it. Thats it, could get 500, could get 1000, could get any where in between or possibly even more. Really its all up to how many people with deep pockets want an item like this and are willing to compete over it. End of story.

As stated above - if someone is already offering 1000e as you said, then it is worth what people are willing to pay - which looks like at least 1000e. ;P

QFT.... who gives a crap if no one else is willing to offer that high, if you get one offer for that, then who cares what everyone else wants to offer.

I'd have said around 800e.... but if he already got a 1000e offer, I seem to be wrong

you don't need EVERYONE to offer 4 stacks. IMO if he gets one person to offer 4 stacks then that's what it's worth.

Yeah but then if the person who paid 1000e is selling it he probably is never gonna faind another who would offer 1000e so its not worth that..

I will value my purple one that is exactly the same as that gold one at 1/3 of whatever he gets, but i sure wouldnt sell this gold one for 1000e if i owned it. he got 1000e offer within hours of buying just through the rumor mill. My guess is well over 1000e because it is probably the only gold ^50 r8 anyone will ever see for sale again in the game. It was a once in a lifetime buy in my opinion and in my opinion you might be surprised at over 1000e. I think the only thing you can do is throw it up on guru and see where it goes. Once you sell it the poor folks left in the dust can buy my purple one with the same stats at 1/3 the price. ;-)

You can't put a strict value on something which is pretty much one of a kind, and will never drop again.

It seems everyone is agreed that this will reach 500-750e with relative ease, but if someone is willing to pay more, that's what its worth and that's what it will sell for.

I agree with everyone above stating that an item's value is whatever is the highest amount people are willing to pay. However, keep in mind that as GW2's release gets closer, the high end market will probably start to deflate... after all, why spend the time/effort to collect an item when it cannot be transferred into GW2? (No, item unlocks don't count lol).

Deflation will occur most deffinatley, eventually everything will have no value because people will have moved on to better games(hey, a good portion of the GW community did that already) and no one will care.

Some people don't care for GW2 and whether you can transfer items across or not. The fun is in aquiring what you want and that sense of accomplishment after working so hard to have finally gotten what you wanted, not what it will be worth in how ever many years or months. Those days a long gone

1250-1500... It's simple, this is a rare MF'in sword. Need anyone say any more? We all know you guys all have stacks (xx) of ecto, and some collectors are willing to part with said ecto to have a very very rare sword... Gold 13^50 Cryst. r8? 1250-1500. Give it a week and it might hit 7 s.o.e.'s ...
