11-20 Cold Damage, req 11 Death +15 Energy -1 E-gen Halves Recharge of Blood Magic (20%) I know that it's not max, but considering casters rarely attempt to do damage that way, neither the damage, or nor the Death Magic req should matter. Originally I viewed this as something contributing to a blood/spike build. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
