If not I would salvage and merch/3k to collector

You're gonna wanna salvage off the perfect mods and sell them separately. Should be able to get over 10K or so for the mods. The sword itself without an inherent mod (some sort of damage modifier that increases your damage by a given % while being affected by a given conidition) is worth less than the time you will spend trying to sell it...

i.e. Merch.
