PC on a Blue, Req 8, max Armor Tactics Skeleton Shield. Its Un Inscribable and currently has no mods on it but will mod it if its worth it to increase the value (suggest what mods if its worth something). Clearer idea of the shield:

Skeleton Shield
Armor: 16 (Req 8 Tactics)

You certain of that? Had a few in my alliance who thought it wasnt great but would be worth something. Any other opinions?
