Hard to PC
Mods that deal +xx% dmg vs a species are hard to price check, it all depends on the buyer. Some people, like me, haven't really encountered demons, so the mod would be WORTHLESS. Some people think it would be worth about 5k. However, some desperate people would pay something insane like 100k for it. It all depends on many factors. Same for +1 mods.

Average for Slaying Grips seems to be around 20k~
