Almost nothing.
If there's no inherent damage bonus (ie: 15^50, 15 in a stance etc..), then it's not 'perfect' and worth only a few k at most. If this isn't a typo, then salvage for mods OR: IF you use hammers yourself, you could keep this and customize it. It's then technically better than a 15^50 (20% extra dmg always) and you have yourself a very functional, lovely skinned hammer for cheap.
