How is da bow only worth 25k when the mod itself is going for 30k

The inherent damage mod is what makes a weapons price what it is, that combined with requirement and rarity. Other mods raise the value of an item very little as the buyer usually buys the item and mods it themselves or is looking for a inherent mod only.
