Shield #1:

Tall Shield
Armor - 16 (Req. 7 Tactics)
Reduces physical damage by 2 (While in stance)
Reduces physical damage by 2 (While Hexed)

Shield #2:

Celestial Shield
Armor - 16 (Req. 9 Tactics)
Reduces physical damage by 5 (19% chance)
Health +41 (While Enchanted)

Uh I think the price could vary alot for the first shield. the mod is not that much wanted (-2 while hexed is not that good) but the req 7 bumps the price up.

I would say around 30-40kish if the skin is nice (you did not say the skin, which is an important factor)

for the 2nd, the mods are both not maxed. not much, can get 5k+ from it though.

1) If that stat is really -2 Hexed, its almost worthless.
