Hey, I sold a Req 9 Gold Bonecage Scythe with perfect mods for 100k even. Spammed for several weeks without and offer and put up auction and here with no bids. No clue what it is worth, just got the offer and took it.

Sold Voltaic Spear req.10 "perfect modded" for 100+60. Haven't seen them around for some time, the price could be fixed for higher than 100+60. Could have sold it for much higher easy, but the wiki price was set at max 60 so no buyer wanted to go above that.

Anyway raise the price. A req.10 was sold in 1h trade for 60 multiple offers and none above that just because of guru price( no one can read that it is under construction).

I am pricing based on the prices that have been sold in game or on forum. For the past few weeks, i have seen more and more voltaic spear being sold on guru high end (perhaps the influence by the drop rate in HM) therefore i have lowered the price of voltaic spear a little. Also please note that the price is based on non-modded items so i think 100+60 is fair for a req 10 voltaic spear. However, if more people thinks that 100+60 is too low, please post on the thread and i will change it, but i will not change the price based on 1 person's opinion. And that goes for all items.
