I got PC responses of 200k+ a couple months ago when I asked about my r10 Tact Guardian of the Hunt with -5/20 and 10vDemons. I think that was too high based on what I gathered from talking to various folks in game looking to buy vDemon shields.

Most of the folks in the market for the vDemons shields (and thus, driving the demand and price up) want a second mod that gives health. The physical reduction mods are not as useful.

You might get lucky and find folks getting into a bidding war over this, true. But I think you'll be disappointed if you expect this particular combination will easily fetch over 100k.

It might be wise to wait until the new skill balance is final before you try to sell this. If some of the preliminary changes do go into effect and apply to PvE, too, the mods here may become more valuable to DoA warriors.
