Rare Inherents
Smiting Staff r11 inherent -20% Daze
Twin Hammer r11 inherent Zealous Strength (15%dmg -1epip) the Hammer im assuming is worth something because there are no inscriptions to replicate it at all for any item, and on the wiki there is Vamperic Strength whitch is the same but -hp pip found here some one maybe start a Zealous page there? Ty ahead of time

1. would salvage the +5e and merch
2. I would salvage the 30hp and merch tbh - those types are not too common, but not that rare either - being a r11 you won't get anything for it imo
