It's a crafters item. You can find it at a collecter in Pockmark Flats for 3 Scorched Lodestones.
There is an old nerfed version of this axe that you can still find with +15%, that's very valuable indeed. This one you could get a few k from someone too lazy to craft it, but it holds no real value. |
