Staff can't have hp+29 as inherent. Inherents for staves are either 10-20% hct for a certain attr spells, 2-10% hct all spells or reduce 20% poison/dazed/etc. Or it can have no inherent second mod (staves have 2 inherents, one written in white, one in the colour of the rarity of the staff). Please edit your post with correct information, or post a screen of its description.

Plagueborn axe 5-10k imo, but unsure. Get more opinions.
