I think either mod is 50k. The hammer is not max dmg and the while hexed mod is not very popular so I don't know if anybody would really want to buy it to use the hammer "as is". But since either mod is perfect it's a great salvage opportunity so maybe 40k for the hammer as is.

I've been trying to sell a 20% enchanting hammer grip for 30k for the past week and nobody's even interested enough to ask for a lower price or so on it. It's probably one of those perfect upgrades that will never sell.

The sundering haft however...sold one in game for 50k. Took a bit of convincing so if you want to get rid of it quick, might have to be lower.

29 hp grip goes for maybe 35k?
