20k is a good pc mods worth more then the shield

20k is actually a fairly poor PC.
3-4k for the shield. Salvage the mods and sell separately (~4k for the handle, ~5k for the insc). It's usually a bad idea to try to sell something well-modded like that. It's rare that you'll get the same amount as you would if you sold them individually. |

They drop like mad at VSF i think but yeah 2k~ for the shield
Salvage the mods and sell them : +30Hp - 4k~ -5(20%) - 6-7k~ (Ppl actualy think this is better than +10vs) oh well... |
