Default Blood Spore Specter + A few Golds

Ok so I am relatively new to Guild Wars and still confused about the pricing on weapons and such. For the life of me I cannot decipher some of the archaic abbreviations (like what do people mean when they say X^Y) some people use or understand why some weapons cost thousands of plats. more than others that.

So my questions is, for gold items I get whats the best way to find out if an item is actually worth anything and if it isn't, should I just sell them in masse to people who buy unidentitified items, or should I identify them and attempt to sell them here? Also, is anything I posted here worth anything?

well a good thing would be to identify your gold items, you do that with an identification kit that can be purchased from the merchant. after that is done you can see what modifications they have.

the most valuable weapon you got there is probably the guardian spear, which could go for 10-15k (1k=1000 gold) in case youre new to that abbreviation
