With the possibilities the new update brings, I would like to be the first to offer my services as a GvG Mercenary!

Tired of waiting for that last guild member to show up before you can battle? Perhaps you find that you fill out your team with henchies entirely too often. Wouldn't it be better to have a mutable, experienced warrior at you command?

With this in mind, I would like to offer my services. 750 gold will garner my services for a single guild battle. This price includes the 100 gold fee to invite a "guest" to your guild hall, which means that you are effectively only paying me 650 gold to fight to the (repeated) death if necessary for the glory of your guild! And if you don't win the battle I will cut my price to 500 gold, refunding you the difference. There are a variety of benefits to using my services over a henchman’s. What benefits you ask?

Control: As my employer, you command my skills. No more idiocy on a henchman's part! Want me to advance, fall back, or attack a specific target? Say the word! I have the ability to use Teamspeak and Ventrilo to best allow you to direct my actions.

Mutability: I can reconfigure any skills or builds to your requests or specifications. Need a Knockdown warrior? How bout an interrupter? You decide if I should hamstring or deep wound an opponent. This mutability also applies to my secondary profession. A complete list of available skills, including elites can be supplied by me before a battle so that you can pick and choose the build you feel would complement your group... or leave the choices to me.

Intelligence: I am a seasoned and experienced player, with an excellent record and a flair for teamwork. If you ask, I can help advise in any situation. As an experienced team and guild leader (Guild Leader for The Myrmidon) I can offer suggestions on how best to take the fight to the enemy.

Loyalty: I am loyal and devoted, and will always see a guild battle through to the very end.

and to be in the trend, have all 12 green items of all your 3 PvE characters

uhh... technically mecenary were never meant to be loyal =/ (because you only fight for a short while... or rather, how much you were paid)

"I keep my word" sounds more right =P

oh yea... it would probably be something to have a mecenary web site up with alot of mecenary guild listed ^^;

are you ranked? cuz if im gonna be paying serviced for a gvg which will potentually raise or lower my guild ranking i would rather have a someone who i knew who was qualified.

My main question is are you ranked? and if you are what rank are you? i know you dont have to be good to be high rank but at least you have confidence in them

Starting from the top...

I have everything but elites for all professions except for Necro (currently working on that). For the record: not desperate (just trying to have some fun). Oh, and green items do not a good character make (but I am having fun in the furnace).

Perhaps loyalty is not the word you would use, but the concept still applies. I've seen other team's GUILDMATES leave mid battle. I will not. Never say die.

Ranking: The Myrmidon were on the guild ladder before PvPX... afterward not so much, but we're working our way back up. A lack of time on the part of some guildmates lead to overall smaller gorups sometimes, so we've had to cut a few nights short. And let's be honest, I am not claiming to be UBER L33t, I am just pretty darn good at what I do. You'll notice that I am not charging even a plat per match, and I will refund a portion of my contract fee for a loss. One thing I can say for ABSOLUTE certainty is that I'm better than a hench... and that mean's you're better off aren't you?
