Unid Req 7 Rare Max Damage Swords
I'd like to get veteran players' thoughts on these items. What is a good price for these items? Or how much would YOU pay to take a chance on one of these items?
I do understand the weapon type would greatly affect the price of UnID'd Req 7's. So please reply with various art models. Saying you'd pay 50k for a Req 7 in general is really no good to me.
IE:
Long Sword
Fellblade
Gladius/Short
Forked/Spatha
Wingblade/Butterfly
I think the UnID Market is going to really start taking off pretty soon. I'm starting to see alot of req.7 swords floating around as well, and I keep kicking myself for not scooping up every one that I see.
Last question would be to those of you fortunate enough to ID one of these items: What has been your luck with them? Do they have the same odds of perfection that a Req. 8, 9, or 10+ would have?
Appreciate your replys to this post. Look forward to the discussion.
P.S. Please add any Req 7 information you can add as well if you like. Like have you ever found a Req 7 axe or bow?

i went on a unid gold flamberge buying spree, i spent 400k on about 14 gold unid flamberges in one day! they were mostly req 8,9 and 10 and one of them was areq 13.
most of them had perfect mods but in the end its all luck.

The main advantage with buying an unided anything is to unlock certain upgrades for PvP. While some will buy for the weapon or possible upgrades as a gamble, most I have to think are looking to unlock something.
Obviously having a lower req makes its resale value a lot better, and if they unlock a nice upgrade as well as ID a very nice wepapon they can sell or use it is a definate plus.
Basically unided items are like everything else. Depnds on the buyer and the seller. I ave bought plenty of unided gold max staffs for anywheres from 500g up to 5 plat. A huge range to be sure, but depends on the seller and the buyer. I have also seen unided max gold staffs sell up to 25 plat.
Is a gamble for most, an investment for some, or simply looking to buy or sell a weapon for others.
But for a max sword that is a 7 req (other than a firey dragon) I have to think 50K is low end to be sure.

Guys i appreciate your replies, but none of you besides wiz12268 have answered my questions. And even then wiz only briefly touched on it.
I am only interested in information on Un-id'd req 7 items, specifically swords. Thanks!

I take gambles, and invest heavily in gambles when the probabilities favor me (I will buy for salvage attempts, for example, when the price for the item is less than one third of the value of the mod if salvaged). I never gamble when the probabilities are against me or the probabilities are unknown. Pay for req 12 and 13 non max damage golds if you want to unlock mods, and pay for req 7 and 8 golds if you want to resell, but they are NOT worth the prices charged. Here is a list of the maximums I would pay for a req 7 item from your list:
Long Sword - 30K
Fellblade - 50K
Gladius/Short - 10K
Forked/Spatha - 10K
Wingblade/Butterfly - 15K
[crystalline - 100K]

In my experience, they have the same odds of having 15>50 or 15 always as the inherent damage mod as any other requirement weapon, but my sample size is not large enough to satisfy a test of statistical significance.

Only swords and shields can be max with a requirement of 7. Other weapons (bows, axes, hammers) cannot.

In my viewpoint, req 7s have a lower chance of perfection, for i have only seen a few req 7 +15>50.

the reason 7 reqs are more expensive is that a 7 15>50 or 7 15 -5 or 15 -10 are very, very uncommon and are EXTREMELY valuable; in fact a 7 req 15>50 weapon, no matter the type of weapon, would be hard pressed to sell for under 500k; with most in the million+ region.
an 8 req 15>50 crystaline is still worth an absurd amount of money, and a 7 req (for which only 1 supposedly exists, if that) would be worth untolled millions (literally).
so you have to ask yourself, is the chance of getting one worth the gamble?
i personally think yes, but it all depends on your means.
if you arent that rich youd be better off buying a 100k gold or a green item, than spending money buying dozens of unids in the hopes you get a perfect one with 7 req.
and by far the largest market for 7 req weapons are collectors.
i myself own 5, and only one of them isnt 15% in some way. (1 is 15% vs hexed, another is 15>50, X2 15% stance, 14>50%)

Did you guys buy all these ID'd or UN-ID'd? How many req. 7's have you ID'd yourself and gotten like 13>50 or 13% vs hexed or crap like that?
