Slashing Dmg: 6-22 (req. 6 Axe Mastery)
Damage + 19% (while hexed)
Armor penetration + 10% (Chance: 9%)
Armor + 5 (vs. elemental attacks)

Gold Giant Slayers Hammer of Dwarfslaying
Cold Dmg: 15-24 (req. 7 Hammer Mastery)
Dmg + 17% (vs. Dwarves)

Purple Furious Falchion
Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (req. 11 Swordmanship)
Double adrenaline on hit (Chance: 4%)

Purple Zealous Dead Bow
Piercing Dmg: 12-22 (req. 10 Marksmanship)
Damage + 11%
Armor – 10 (while attacking)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration – 1

Purple Twin Hammer of Pruning
Blunt Dmg: 13-21 (req. Hammer Mastery)
Dmg + 11% (vs. plants)

Yeah, the axe isn't near max damage and the mods aren't great. If you were to salvage the 10/9 sundering mod you could make some money but otherwise merchant.
