Merch, in my opinion. Single mods dont carry much weight

I would not merch that if I were you! Max ar (16) shields no longer drop in req. below 8. (Odds seem high that they stopped dropping around the time NF was first released, Halloween 2006) Even monomodded, this one is probably worth something. There are quite a few active collectors around of such rarities.

If you can't get any better PC advice, put it up for offers (highlighting the fact that it is 16 ar and req. 7!) and see what collector will pay the most for it. That's better than merching it without even trying!

I'm not sure there's anyone who can accurately PC it for you ahead of time. I know I can't even guess at a "fair market value" for this one, sorry.

Me, too! So I'm glad to know you didn't take the advice right away. But this thread will probably get locked now for early bumping. Max r7 no longer drop. People will buy single modded shield that still drop if they want the skin.

For pc purposes always 1st go by req and main stat. Max r7 items no longer drop. Max r8 axes etc no longer drop. Many max swords etc that are max with NO mods are worth something to collectors.

Rare weapon skins like og dwarven axes will fetch a fair amount even if not maxed.

Any items with one or more of these elements is worth something.
Req/Max: r7 Max, r8 Max with decent mods or skin.
Rare Skin: Crystalline, dwarven, serpents, swamp club, etc.
Mods: Things like damage always are all worth something. Currently things like 15 -1 health are sought in any 1 handed weapon for doa.

I think that shield could fetch 40 - 50k+ because skin is meh and mod is decent, but mono. It's probably worth more but would require a couple of bidders to get it up higher.
