My luck finally changed when I found this in FoW the other day:

Chaos Axe
6-28 dmg
req8
+15% dmg above 50%hp

not modded it.

Will I be able to retire after I sell this? Please leave your opinion

Yes they are rare, i find it hard even to find a clean max chaos axe in FoW.
A perfect one is a ncie find. Poular skin, perect damage, and nice req.
