Hiya,
So ...
1) r9 Holy Rod, +5^50 / 19HSR Smiting (max, gold text, inherent ... obviously with such mods)
Um, it may be merch food but it's the sort of thing I would at least try to sell first. Collectors of inherent Holy Rods may be interested to know if this one can be dyed (some inherent Holy Rods take dye, some don't - only way to know is to see if dye preview window opens.) I'm not yet sure if it's safe to say dyeable or not is important enough to buyers to change the PC. I would think, if dyeable, offers are not likely to exceed the 10-20k range, and it's the sort of thing I wouldn't worry about having a reserve much above the 1k or so worth of iron it might salvage to.
2) r9 Soul Reaping Paper Fan, +5ar casting / 19HSR Blood (max, gold text, inherent ... obviously since it's a Paper Fan)
Pretty sure you're right that it's not merchfood, but the +5ar mod (awfully unpopular on foci) may take a lot of fire out of the bidding. The 1-off HSR mod may take a little more fire out, but not as much as that ar mod. Paper Fans seem pretty popular lately. I'll take a shaky guess of about 15-20k reserve on this one, but I have no idea what kind of number to give you for setting a reasonable buyout ahead of time, sorry.
3) r9 Deadly Cesta, 19HCT Death / +4^50 (max, gold text, inherent)
That's probably merchfood. +energy on wands isn't super popular these days in the first place, and the non-max +en mod takes even more shine off it. Even if it were +5^50, I'd think reasonable PC would be "merch to 10k range, depending on how much effort/luck you have to sell it." I can't see it being worth your time to do anything other than salvage this one for iron, sorry.
Hope it helps; hope you get more input, too!
Cheers & GL!
