Adamantine Shields are a skin that did not show up until Nightfall. Loot drop versions can have inscription slots and/or handles, but no inherent mods. There are no "oldschool" Adamantine Shields, either if you define oldschool as the prenerf/buff loot system or as inherent loot from Prophecies or Factions. The shields did not exist at all before the former, and they have never and still do not drop in the former.

NPC collectors and crafters offer lots of versions of blue-text inherent mod max r9 shields like the one in the picture you show here. They've been available since NF's release and can still be had today for the right collector bits or perhaps 5k plus some materials.

If you find someone needing a +45/-2wE Tactics shield, this is probably worth 5kish ... maybe up to 10k depending on what collector bits or materials it takes to get them and the popularity of shields with these mods with the meta.

FWIW, any blue-text item with dual max inherent mods must have come from an NPC collector or crafter. I'm pretty sure the game does not produce blue-text loot drops with more than one inherent mod, and I'm positive the mods generated on blue loot are always non-max ... at least in the case of a mod with a max higher than 2.

Cheers & GL

EDIT - Re below: You're welcome and no worries. I posted this here as much for anyone reading it now or in the future as for you. In all the years I've been trading, I've seen people trying to pass off collector, crafter, and quest blue loot with non-standard looking mods as some kind of omg-super-rare-many-ectos-pls items ... sadly, I've seen a lot of people fall for it, too. I never meant to imply you were involved in such; I simply don't like to pass up an opportunity to leave info like this in public where it might help keep someone avoid being an easy mark. Happy hunting!
