"Don't Think Twice": Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)

Adept Divine Staff of Endurance
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Fire Dmg: 11-22 (req 9 divine favor)
Halves casting times of divine favor spells (Chance: 19%)
Health +44 (while in stance)
"Seize the Day": Energy +15, Energy regen -1

Hale Water Staff of Mastery
Halves skill recharges of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Cold Dmg: 11-22 (req 13 water magic)
Health +29
Water Magic +1 (20%)
"Hale and Hearty": Energy +5 (while hlth>50%)

Defensive Conjuring Staff of Channeling
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Earth Dmg: 11-22 (req 11 spawning)

Ok, going by your list ...

1) don't know those, sorry.

2) At least 20k. That's low req, and they're suprisingly popular right now. I have a req 9 one up in my own auction. One of the first bids was someone taking the 20k s/b. I don't know where to set a b/o.

3) That's a pretty rare skin, "Canthan metal air staff." Unfortunately, water is probably the least favored ele build right now.

All caster gear takes longer to sell ... and lately there are more and more people looking for only low-req staves and wands. (Guess they really need those heroes to wand monsters to death?) I'd say you could get at least 20k, maybe more, but it will take you a while to find a buyer willing to pay that for req 13 and water.

4) Again, I'm sorry, but I don't know. However, I watch a fair amount of the guru trading threads and a fair amount of the trade districts in town. I think that's pretty rare - I haven't seen one of those before that I recall. Rit's are not the most popular caster class, so you may not be able to demand the kind of prices that rare ele, monk and necro can go for.
