Hard to say with the Air Staff. I'm sure you saw the q9 that recently went for ~150e, but I *think* that was a rare bidding war between two collectors who were both missing the skin in their collections. I would guess that the actual value would be quite a bit lower - maybe 80-100e for q9, which would put your q11 at ~15-20e or so.

The jug is just bad. The armor mod is near useless(it may as well be monomod) and the water mod is 1 off. TBH I would merch to save time and space but might get 5-10k from a jug collector.
