He's probably pissed for selling a guildie a 150k shield for pennies. Next time equip the unid items ahead of time to find out if there's any +hp mods.

Any weapon, shield, staff, off hand etc functions the same as it would pre as post id. Equip it and check health, energy etc.

No, because skin in less desirable and it's req tactics. Your wooden buckler will go for about 100k.
