Yes the stats are good but that is not what determines the price. The cost of items in this game is only down to the rarity and skin of the item. This is because you can get max items from collectors easily but they look crap.
Your hammer is not worth much because it is fairly easy to get, it drops from a Boss in Grenths Footprint which is just outside the War Camp. This means there will be plenty in circulation.

No one said it's crap; it has perfect stats the only problem with it is that it's REALLY an easy drop to get being a green item dropped from a GF boss.
That's what makes it worth only 3k.
And btw if you get 3k from it consider yourself lucky it's getting so common that ppl sell it for less.

It's a green common that is not in high demand. Supply is high, demand is low, so the item is worth little.
Hammers are unpopular, and it's not even inside SF.
